VL 45 Radiohus Portable Lamp

Based on Vilhelm Lauritzen's famous Radiohus Pendant VL 45, the VL 45 Portable can be taken anywhere, indoors and outdoors, creating light and ambience with its classic mouth-blown opal glass.

Lauritzen designed the VL 45 Radiohus Pendant in the 1940s for his gesamtkunstwerk, the Danish Broadcasting House. The pendant was originally named 'The Office Lamp'. Historical photos capture it above the Eames Lounge Chair in Charles and Ray Eames' 1950s Los Angeles home.
